STEP BY STEP

Share your locations, preferred date, property size and item photos using the contact form, phone or WhatsApp.
STEP 02
Discuss the inventory, access, lift reservations and parking. Confirm whether a video or site survey is needed for your move.
STEP 03
Agree which items will be packed and the materials required. Label cartons and flag fragile items before loading.
STEP 04
Confirm the vehicle and loading arrangements. Discuss bulky items, stairs and building restrictions so access is considered.
STEP 05
Agree the delivery address, route and time arrangements. Tell the team about access slots or restrictions at your new address.
STEP 06
Direct items to the correct rooms and check your inventory. Unpacking or reassembly is carried out if included in the agreed service.
